Planting Pumpkins!

We planted Pumpkin seeds today with Clara. We all brought in our own bottles as pots. We carefully filled them with compost and then put the seeds in, we pushed it down so that it would be nice and snug! The seeds were watered and they are on our window sill in our classroom. We are hoping that we will see some shots within 5-8 days. We will plant one in school at the end of June and take the rest home to care for them over the summer. We hope to have nice, big pumpkins by next October!! A huge thank you to Clara for helping us, we loved planting with you, you were so kind to us. We promise we’ll remember to water them!!
